Health insurance claim denied
My health insurance claim denied by TCS insurance provider even after sending all the documents. Can we reach out to anyone for assistance in this case.
Send mail and fight with support periodically, in my case it took 2 months for an improper settlement to me
Why you need to share room tariff details ? They have their agent to verify directly with the hospital. May be the hospital isn't listed in the dropdown list. I also faced this issue so I mail them and got my money back.
They clearly says go to listed hospital for smooth processing...unless it's emergency case. There is a reason a particular hospital is not listed in medibuddy
This is another example of we not reading policy ...
I checked with both, they asked room rent tariff document. I sent room rent tariff document from hospital, now they are asking to send room rent tariff in a new format and they shared a format.
