We are part of a globally respected organization, with a remarkable presence, strong performance, and inspiring leadership. We give our best every single day, in tight deadlines, in new challenges, and in going that extra mile. In that spirit, I often wonder, with such scale and financial strength, why is our standard health insurance still limited to ₹5 lakhs?

Interestingly, that amount is equivalent to the coverage under the Government of India’s Ayushman Bharat Yojana: a wonderful initiative meant for economically vulnerable sections of society. While we deeply respect that scheme and its intent, it does raise a quiet question in our minds.

As employees who are the building blocks of this organization, wouldn’t it be fair to expect slightly broader healthcare support? Not as a luxury, but as a reflection of the value we add and the lives we give to this journey.
