They do, just raise an AHD and if they ask for any approval, drop an email to manager and the AHD assigned person. I have been in this project where I also required headsets and they provided it , based in Pune location. Can't be sure of other locations but generally Infosys policy provides you with it if there's requirement to carry out your job.
