Raise a new headset request from AMS and get it approved by DM. Visit the office and collect a new one. No need to submit old.

Actually I don't have the old one, what if they asked for the old headset?

You just need to raise request on sharepoint link by filling the details. Then it get approved in some time(2-3days). After aproval you can go to your location and get new headset. Sharepoint link you can ask from the helpdesk of assets.

Note:You dont need to give back your old headset. They will just give you new
