Came here because I was very recently ghosted by them.

Klook, KKDay, Viator, Getyourguide are all far better than Headout, as things stand today. Although the core focus for each of them might be varied, still they do a much better job than what Headout's built for

Never found them useful. They just resell and charge commissions. Becomes a nightmare in case of cancellations or in case of other issues.
