Heading towards a purposeless life
Just a vent out:
I'm 23 Male, got into corporate early(since 2021), lost friends, only 3 are left tbh who live in a different city, don't know where my career is going. Seems like there should be a purpose in life that I'm lacking.
I don't fit in my generation. I don't like clubbing. I don't smoke or drink while the people around me think that it's stress relieving but I don't see the point.
Can't get a girl because mindset hi match nahi hota. I'm a family oriented and a religious guy with high morals. It's not that I have not dated in years, it's just that I'm losing interest in all of that after hearing the news and listening to the type of life that people live that involves intoxication. I can't seem to wrap my head around these things. My question to people who have faced something similar is that, will it always last? Am I in the wrong one for not fitting in?

First of all, same pinch buddy. Been in the exact same boat with same mindset when I was 23.
Now I am 31 and married so I have lived a life that you cannot yet see.
There's so much to type honestly but at this point I'd say please don't fret now, don't develop disgust towards people and most importantly don't give up on your value system just to 'fit in'.
There's a really long road ahead with many curves. So stay optimistic and just focus on yourself.
