Headed for a layoff—feels like they're pushing me out

My project wrapped up in November, and I've been on the bench since December. HR reached out saying I'd need to put in my papers after 45 days on the bench, with resignation due 60 days after that. I tried for internal roles but kept getting rejected early. Cleared a few interviews, but they wanted me to move to Chennai or Bangalore, which I declined. Some interviews went well, only to be told the hiring was on hold or my skills weren't a match. Now I'm not even getting interview calls and had to submit my papers. Feels like they're deliberately keeping me off teams, even when interviews go well. Not sure what to do. Same thing's happening outside CGI—rejections or no hires for one reason or another. Is it because of AI? Anyone else going through this?
