I have heard, TCS actually dont need 6 lakh employees

They overhired in covid now they dont need they need only approx 4 Lakh employees

Thats why in past 2,3 yrs everything they tried people to leave

Like 5 days to office/ RTO Report to base location Take project of your location

Then came the bench policy and then they started firing

I suppose more will be removed cause they only need 3.5 Lakh to 4 Lakh employees not more than that

Evrything is pointing to that. They want to have headcount same as peers. Which is 3-3.5L Of that they want more fresher to C2. C3A and above should be less. Restructure is happening accordingly.
