HDFC Credit Card APK scam

Got a call today from supposed HDFC Credit Card department. They exactly knew which card I was using and also knew that I recently travelled internationally. The guy said that due to the international travel, I will be facing a charge of 4999 per month and if I want to deactivate the international setting, I needed to download an app sent by him on WhatsApp.

Now I obviously knew it was a scam and I asked him how does he even know that I have that exact credit card and he said, "wo toh kismat hai sir" 😂

Is there a way to report this? Or is there no point of reporting, because they might just disable this number and keep doing what they're doing with another number?
