Trending @HCL; @HCLTech is forcing me to go to Vijayawada, now they have disabled my HCL ID I am unable to access myHCL if I don’t go Terminated
Same happened to me one month back, with no option left I went to Vijayawada and reporting here. They will enable the id after reporting to that location and you need to contact the HR in that location
Thanks for sharing your experience, I am actually travelling today to Vijayawada will report tomorrow but I was worried that will they enable ID or not but you cleared my doubt thanks again.
Did they allocated you to project, how long it took to allocate you to project?
If your id is not working means you are already terminated. Have you received any absconding letter?
I received a email from RM to report to Vijaywada location and I have replied that I can’t relocate and expressed other locations and my preference as Chennai Bangalore if not then Madurai but since email discussion was still going on with HR and RM They sent Show Cause Notice email and in 3 days They have Disabled my ID, and when I check with HR he stated that I need to report to location with in 10 days and if not that will terminate me may be I will get email after 10 days, I didn’t got absconding letter since I was reporting in Bangalore location regularly.
In that case, it's fine. HR team is taking different different actions on different times. Good luck.
