Hcltech early release

How's hcltech to provide early for with and without dependencies resources during probation I joined this organization about a month but still the project access is not enabled for some id issues. I got offer from capgemini and they wanted to me join asap.

Will they provide early release or any option to be buyout ? Please help me how to handle HR and RM
