Is anyone having information about the HCL Techbee program, What it is Sallery Training Good or bad Graduation

TechBee is a really good initiative by HCLTECH for students who have passed 12th standard with/without Mathematics. The candidates would be trained for one year in HCLTECH campuses by allied academies with some tuition fees. They provide loan assistance also. HCLTECH will pay Rs 10000 per month to the candidate for 1year. So in effect Rs 120000 would be paid back to you in one year. And if the candidate scores above 90 % in the course, the full fee will be refunded.
This program helps candidates get skilled and earn within a period of 1 year. Also, the candidate can get graduation degrees in distance mode after 1 year from premier institutes if they wish to study.

Completing Graduation is a good suggestion.instead of joining the Techbee program.

Don't waste your time to become free workers for them n get your given money 10 k in from of salary

Better do a graduation

1st year training with 10k salary + 4 yrs graduation with partner institute ( no need to go college, exam will be online ) + 2 years working bond
= Student will be stuck for 7 years bond.
No development or trending skills will be taught and you will always be in a support project.

heard itβs a sacrifice

Don't fall into this trap

Salary 12k
Time 9 hours sharp
RM will Treat you as a beggar
In Hindi Techbee is a Bandhua Majdoor

Join only if you don't have any other means of studying ahead otherwise don't join, if you don't want to study ahead open a shop that will give you more success than a trchbee.

Not worth it, most TechBees will remain TechBees even after completing their 1 year training and becoming FTEs. Being a TechBee isn't a privilege, it's a trap. You also won't be able to get new projects easily because nearly everyone will ask you if you are a TechBee and will not hire you. Every internal job posting requires a BTech graduate in case you decide to switch projects.
You will not be getting much salary either. For example, even after 3 years of being in the same job role after TechBee, I am still not making anywhere close to what my friend who completed his degree and then applied to another company. Benefits are not that great either.
Just do your graduation and then apply for company.
