Trending @HCL; HCL Tech is not a right org if someone really enjoys work with balance.
From the day I have joined never felt that satisfaction in doing my job. I really pity those GET resources, they are almost kidnapped with consent. Parents don't just go by the name, who knows what lies behind. People who have exp more than 10years don't even think of joining at all.
It depends on person to person, overall HCL tech is good company
I'm enjoying my time at HCL. Good WLB, manager approves leave without issue, I get wfh whenever I want apart from usual 12 days a month. I get enough time with family and friends, I love my work and I'm an expert at it. No worries of deadlines, sla though. more than 9 rating each quarter, getting good salary which I'm satisfied.... list is long so do not through your suggestion to others.

The company is chor, but luckily I got a good team. Poor leave policy, poor medical policy, and now poor variable pay policy
