I'll suggest starting your career with HCL. Looking at the job market right now, it's better to be safe at least. Once the market is stable then you can switch to any startup.

I have two offers as a fresher: Startup - 9.6L Fixed Mid-Sized(Not famous) - 10L Fixed

Both have similar compensation annually.
