HCL Review

Hi, currently working in Infosys (3+YOE) thinking to move to HCL. Want to understand how is HCL ? Work life balance? Stability? How is the management and also want to know how much percent of variable pay I can get which is mentioned in ctc(12 LPA). And lastly should I work here or just continue with Infy for sometime and try to switch to product or startup.
