HCL project allocation
Anyone can help in below scenario
I had joined HCL few days back and was by default assigned a project however skillet dint match , hence RAS was initiated, However is pending approval
I am currently not assigned to any project , anyone can help how long it takes project assignation in HCL

Not getting assigned any projects in TCS
I’ve been stuck on the bench for months with zero communication from management. They keep promising project allocations but nothing happens. I feel like I’m wasting my time and skills here. Anyone else in the same boat? What do I do?
