Now the situation in HCL is not good. There is some problem going on and people are moved to the bench unnecessarily. Especially if you are from an infra background please don't come here.

I worked with hcl no hike just promotion after some time. Currently working with Wipro no hike no promotion for 4 years. Still I suggest Wipro because hcl is worse the wipro
