HCL project: VOLVO - Banaglore location TCS project: Insurance - Bangalore location
Note: working from home in current company (project is decommissioning by end of this year, so need to search for another project which may not provide WFH)
Based on current market, should I switch to anyone of above listed companies or stay in current company.
Also, still notice period is 80+ days left with current company.
Bro I have a serious question like i am a fresher 24 grad and after completing training in TCS there put me into sbi project which uses COBOL , visual COBOL and JCL is not used and i am a cse aiml student and I'm getting literally traumatized by seeing everything in this COBOL and other things can you tell me what will be the future of i learn COBOL only since you are working in same technology there is no main frame here in sbi
also depends what is X. Though its anonymous, I don't understand the need to use X. 😅🤔
Use HCL as counter offer and increase your package with X+10L
Of HCL able to give X+5 means, the market value should be higher then that.. so push for X+10 and more
