HCL on boarding process e sign

Hi all the bgv documents have been uploaded its been one month doj is keeps on extended since documents were not able to view in their portal so again recruiter collected the documents and tried to upload and he faced some issue he told he has raised ticket and after that he keeps on extending my doj. And now my joining date is Monday 16th March and so when I can expect the eligible e sign. Can anyone help me to get this ..
