In the next appraisal they will include the variable.. this happened to me and few others.. take this in writing that your structure wont change ever

Hi they said this for 1yr after that CTC split into fixed and variable 13%varible form ctc. Is the same happed to you. Do they CTC while doing that.what about in your case

Whatever the ctc you got ,keep in mind for 3 years it will be same and after 3 years 2% increase you can expect
