Hcl offer letter
I was selected in the HCL interview, and during my last discussion with HR on 25.04.2025, I was informed that the offer letter was being processed. However, since then, I have not received any further communication. HR has not been responding to my emails or phone calls.
I would like to understand how long I should expect to wait for the offer letter, or if there is any further step required from my side
The same has happened for me twice. I have appeared and cleared L1 & L2 technical discussion twice last year. But the HR never got back to me for offer-related discussion despite getting good feedback.
They tried to conduct the interview all over again for the 3rd time. But I didn’t have the time and effort to reappear in the same cycle again. So, I denied upfront.
