HCL offer letter
I was selected in the HCL interview, and during my last discussion with HR on 25.04.2025, I was informed that the offer letter was being processed. However, since then, I have not received any further communication. HR has not been responding to my emails or phone calls.
I would like to understand how long I should expect to wait for the offer letter, or if there is any further step required from my side

Same situation for me but different company. These HRs don't have work ethics or they just have stupid policies like this to follow? The hiring process in India is worst, they even make a deserved candidate feel worthless before joining and send offer letter on their own terms
You can’t do anything. Just move on with your life
If your ECTC is more than the budget your offer letter will be kept on hold as they have to get approval again from all the levels up in the hierarchy, I too have faced a similar situation, it's been around 3 years I did not get the reply on all the mail which I had sent them.
