First do what is needed for your spouse. You can argue with HCL / Vidal later.

No, I'm not arguing with anyone the Preauth approvals was a shortfall and approval message says copay. So I wanted to understand if the policy is a co-pay and how much I need to pay. Moreover its a time waste to raise an ssd they will send a templated message.

This is a clear case of insurance companies trying to cheat you. HCL medical policy is notorious for hidden copay clauses. They are making you pay 33k out of 65k. Demand a full explanation and escalate this issue immediately.

The Medical industry is a big scam everyone knows about it but no regulation a from government on private schools and Hospitals. The update is, hospital charged 105828.00 for 5days. These 5days they only gave iv injections of antibodies and general medicine but every doctor visit they charged 1k so the doctors visited morning and evening for no reason just to check how are you. And the hcl policy is a co-pay only worst services for employees from hcl. 5 lake sum assures wont cover a single family of 3 to 4. All the policies are confusing and not employee friendly.
