They have put me on bench 6 months ago..now they have started giving us training on cloud and post that we will be doing certification on the same which i think is a gud initiative taken by HCL for bench employees

u mjst be very lucky.... 6 months on bench.... nowdays they r giving only 3months then forcing them to resign
