Trending @HCL; HCL is ruining careers

I am an ex employee of HCL. I resigned on 19 th Dec 23 last year. When I resigned I requested to leave me early by the time I handed over each and every thing. Now I got relieving letter from HCL of 15th March 2024 however 9th Feb is my actual last day there. And HCL has recovered the unserved notice amount already, however they have doesn't mentioned this on relieving letter and shown 15th March 24 as my last date. Now my current employer is asking me to correct this otherwise I"ll lose my job, please help me to amend this. While serving notice at HCL I ensured business doesn't get harm.

Sir I"ll lose my job, please help me out. I attached the trail mail so that you can understand the matter.

I thought to send legal action, as the HR people not hearing me nor they are replying to me on email. However I also thought to reach out to you first before taking any action. I am in so much of mental stress due to all this.

If they don't respond in time, ask them the clarification in email. Send legal notice with proofs.

Yes I already sent them a legal notice, and also raised a grievance on the National human rights Commission. As when I raised an exit on their portal, I have updated my last working day in comments and my RM has approved the exit.

Please keep us posted what resolution you got, actually happened to one of my friend as well. What they did ...they kept PF alive by depositing Rs 100, 200. And mention the last date as per 3 month notice period (she got early release in Oct but in PF December month is mentioned). She paid notice recovery amount as well. She thinks her career is over now due to this

Ask her to send HCL a legal notice.

Hi , hcl is really never replies to anything..by any chance did you send legal notice? Did your issue was resolved? Did they responded positively?

They are not responding positively to the situation, rather they want me to learn a lesson. Their legal department people are acting childish. I am sure they will lose the fight in the upper court. Even I don't even want to give up. Let's see who will learn which lesson.

Try reaching out to an RM or any senior person who can assist. If no response then mention to court that your current job is at stake and they HCLTech will have to pay compensation for the mental agony, ordeal as well as loss of pay if you lose your job and also legal fees.
