TP2 Round In HCL Lateral Hiring
Hi all, Can someone please help confirming what is expected in TP-2 round in HCL experienced hiring process after TP-1 round. What is the difficulty level and chances to clear the same.

HCL Interview Result
I have given TP1 round on 13th May 2025 and same day I got mail from HCL HR that for TP2 round interview is scheduled tomorrow 14th May 2025. After giving the TP2 round, I didn't receive any update yet from HR whether I have been selected or not for the last round(HR round). Does HCL take a long time in sharing the result of the second round. What should I do in this case. It would be helpful if someone can share their input.
