HCL interview process for experienced professionals is mostly the same as interview for freshers. They mostly screen through references or linkedIn and such websites when they have a requirement. Senior requirements are few so this is not an ongoing process. Then the HR will reach out to you and arrange interviews. There are 3 rounds of interviews. Then you can share your documents for verification and you will be told if you are selected or not!

I don’t think there’s much difference between HCL interview process for experienced and freshers. In both cases they have technical rounds. But in my knowledge, when it comes to experienced candidates the interviewer asks candidates questions about their previous work and projects. I’m speaking it from my personal experience when I was interviewed for a Technical Specialist role at HCL

Don’t know about the HCL interview process for experienced candidates. But, I can tell you about my interview experience in this tech firm I’m currently working at. So, before joining this company I was working at a startup and after about 10 months working there I applied here. In the interview they asked me questions about my previous experiences which I answered honestly. They also had an assessment round and after reviewing everything, they did a final round of interview with me and then after a few weeks I was hired.

What makes you think HCL interview process for experienced people will be different from freshers? Your probation and training period will be different but interview process will be same only.
