HCL in hand salary

Hi All,

I have an offer of 26.6 LPA (25 Fixed + 1.6 Variable pay) 25 L fixed includes PF + Gratuity+ insurance, excluding PF + Gratuity + insurance is 23.6LPA.

How much in hand salary will I receive?

Does health insurance at HCL is free for parents and is there any co-pay for the claims?

Yes there is copay of 20 percent for parents . For self also there is copay

For me it's me , my wife and my father covered
Total premium was 30k I guess , 25k HCL took care other 5k I have to pay monthly 400-500 Rs

Also out of 25 Fixed , he their a component called EPB Monthly

There no EPB mentioned in my CTS only variable pay is mentioned which is 1.6L

Should be about 1.5 to 1.6 lpa in the new regime. In the old regime it really depends on the deductions. Yoe ?
