HCL HIRING Freeze
I cleared all the interview rounds at HCL, and the HR informed me on April 25th that they would process my offer letter. However, I have not received the offer letter yet. Later, the HR informed me that the hiring process is currently on hold due to a hiring freeze.
Its not only in HCL most companies same scenario including tcs which did it for last quarter. Keep trying for other companies. Market is worst due to economic situation and geo political scenarios. Also many companies are now doing ghost interviews and some looking for candidates who join within 15 days

Same happened with me for three companies . Accenture Wipro IBM. All round cleared but no offer letter.
Same I also cleared hcl hr round on 25th April for data engineer role still no update and they told process is on hold
This happened with me as well I got interviewed on 22 March 2025 after 1 week I asked for update they said you have cleared the interview and will update, since then I haven’t got any update on it :(
