Any idea when HCL is going to release hikes and promotions for 23-24 Performance Cycle? Few of my colleagues are saying that there might not be any in this year due to company performance. How far is this true?

I just had a call with HR and he told me that letters are started releasing in batches.
Most probably everyone will get their letter in october

I don't think there would be much in the hike letter. So keep your hopes on the ground. My operations manager told me this.
