HCL is playing a game. They are first releasing employees with two days notice from projects like they were trash. And then throw them on the bench. Now, when you are on the bench there is not a single person in the whole management who will answer your questions and make things clear for you. You will just have to face their attitude. Now, they are transferring employees to any random location out of nowhere and then transfer again in two months saying there was no requirement there. Simply they are pushing employees to resign
I think because of recent global IT situation and they hired in bulk during covid.
Yeah? Same happend to me also. I was not aware nor informed regarding pushing to bench, the day I got the mail and asked nt manager I receive this kind of mail then only he told please look for other project.
So you are not alone bro, I was in bench around 60 days or more then that.
No opportunities, asking for more experience if you found something so its tough. Many people are facing the same.
