HCL experience letter

I received my HCL experience letter and also the FNF almost 45 days after my last working day. In my experience letter, my employment tenure was mentioned. The letter also had details about my role and responsibilities in the company, the contributions I have made, etc. Also, the letter clearly explained the reasons for leaving the job. Along with the experience letter, I also received my relieving letter which is an equally valuable document, if you apply for a job in any other company.

I think my HCL experience letter was a super detailed document, I swear! They provide all the important details here including my employment period, description of my job role and responsibilities and how I served the company along with feedback. like a pretty good feedback. Also, they clearly mentioned the reasons for leaving HCL. But, here’s one thing I didn’t like while obtaining my experience letter. It is that I had to wait for like an eternity. They process the document really slow. Almost 50 days passed but I wasn’t getting the experience letter after my last working day. It took them almost 2 months to give me my experience letter my full and final settlement.

The experience letter came about 15 days after my last day. My HCL experience letter gave a clear picture of my work like my title, length of employment, and main responsibilities etc etc.They also added comments on my performance and behavior.

The HR team kept me updated on the duration, which made the wait comfortable and feasible, and I valued their skill and openness throughout the process.
