My ex-roommate was in HCL. She was always at home so I guess they give good amount of WFH LOL. Genuinly, HCL is a good company, flexible wfh days, health insurance, regular appraisals, and important annual rewards. Plus, they throw awesome parties. So, all in all, it is a good company to work for.
