HCL E2 Senior Technical Lead ₹26.6 LPA is fixed, and ₹1.8 LPA variable

I got an offer from HCL Noida for the above role and package, but the location is Noida. I asked for a change to Kolkata, but the HR initially said the project location is not available in the Kolkata location. Will it be possible for them to change my location to Kolkata? She was also mentioning 2–3 days of work from office but later you can take work from home.

Can anyone from HCL suggest on this?
