Delay in offer letter release (HCL)
I have recently cleared all the technical rounds and later the day offer discussion happened but offer letter is not released yet it's been 8 working days anyone can help in this please

The selection happened in January and today (July First Week)
I am yet to receive any onboarding details or date. The exact breakup of CTC or offer letter is also not available
HR is not replying at all
Anyone else with similar experience? When does the onboard happen? Has anyone joined?

I appeared for two technical rounds and one HR discussion.
Second tech round was completed on 18th of July and I’ve mailed HR seeking feedback but they are not responding.
Does that mean I’ve not been selected as some resources on glas...
I cleared HCL interview in the years 2022 and 2024. They sent a welcome mail. After that Hr discussion also ended...now they are not responding...Any one facing the same issue?
