Get the required skills and leave this company asap, they don't value your loyalty.. I also waited for so long finally resigned... KAB TAK AISE HI WAIT KARTE RAHOGE YAAR...
That’s true I hate this work culture thay are waiting for the guys to resign so that they don’t have to release the compensation. I’m fed of this politics this was not expected from a firm like this.
