Trending @HCL; HCL Company's transport policy's gender discrimination.
HCL transport provides free transport to females during night shift and there is no kilometre limit. While for male employees, there is a 20km limit and you need to pay for transport.
When everyone is talking of equality and equal opportunity, how does this continue to happen?

On an average female employees are hired on lesser package than male employees. They never complained, because they know the need of a husband, father and son.

The male employee is also someone's son, father and husband. He has to leave his family home and rent out a PG because he can't uproot his wife and kids from their home. So this kilometres exemption and fees transport for female employees is straightforward Injustice towards men. Giving preferential treatment to females is in clear violation of Article 15(1) and (2).

All individuals are hired with the same package in the beginning and based on the skill sets everyone is bargaining and getting good offers. Simply using a "women" card is bs.
