Trending @HCL; HCL bench period for dbs project

I am working for dbs project. Here they renewed contract every six month, I have been working since 2024 with them.

Now from aug25 , they renewed for 2 month which will going to expire at 5th Oct. But, again they increased my release till 31 oct.

Post 31 oct they assigned to bench till 31st Dec.

So, I am not getting hike since joined. I have heard they forced to join any project on bench

Please suggest what needs to do now

Yes, that's right.
HCL is notorious in these cases.
They will try to put you in billing, project does not matter to HCL.
It will try to put you anywhere where they can get an employee billed and make profit on the billing.
