HCL band structure ka idea nahi hai mujhe. All I know is HCL is not how it used to be at one point of time. It’s really unfortunate because I’ve seen many of my seniors worked at the company and now they’e enjoying their life, but I don’t know what exactly went wrong.
I think HCL band structure is based on at one point a person joins the company. The band levels starts from E0 and goes up to E7, uske upar ata hai senior level.
E0-E9 hai HCL band structure. After E9 they have the executive levels, I think. E0-E1 is for the freshers. It is an enthusiastic bunch of people. Uske baad ata hai a little senior level. Salary package bhi of course their is more than E0-E1 level employees.
I don't know about HCL band structure. All I know is in my company the bands are called levels which starts from L1 and goes up to L10. L1 freshers se start hota hai, then 2-3 years experience aur expertise gain ho toh phir they reach L2. I think the theory is the same for all companies, bas different names hai.
