Having Offer from Capgemini 35LPA C2 band

Hi All,

I have recently joined TCS 4 months back and got one offer from Capgemini for AWS Devops role as a manager band C2 .I have 13 years of experience with very minimal 2 years experience in Devops .TCS has not assign any work till now .I am 36 and having loan and responsibilities.Good idea to change to Capgemini .Capgemini told me it is pool hiring and later going to assign to project once I joined .I have current package is 23LPA and Capgemini offering 35LPA .

Please suggest .

Is Capgemini going let go if we don’t get project ?

Is Capgemini with C2 band with 13 years of experience getting project is difficult ?

Please suggest how are the project in Devops side in Capgemini .
