Either your project need to identify a onsite opportunity.. Or they should be ready to release to find onsite from other project.. Until you are released nothing can be worked out

Post your skillset in knowmax get some idea about the demand, still ur current mgmt has to release u inorder to get into another act

Talk to your project manager or delivery head. Let them know if they have any opportunities in other projects. If yes then take release from the current project. If no opportunities then you can get release from project/account and then ask RMG. Chances are less from RMG side
