I want to share my experience on having a mentor and how it impacted my career.

In my current project, I had a good bond with the Data Architect who has 30+ years of experience in IT field.

I've 2 years of experience in my current role. When he saw my work, he encouraged me to explore new technologies and guided me in decision making.

His suggestions and clarity on the field and technical advancements helped me in making the right choice for my career.

I started a new course from a reputed institute, in a year I'll be certified.

I suggest the newbies to have good mentor who can guide them in making decisions for their career.

PS: The mentor should be able to figure out in which area you are good in.
