Having 6 yrs of experience in TCS still not ITA

Hi everyone, I am quite disturbed with my finances. Despite having 6 years of experience and good performance throughout my service. My ctc is not yet 6LPA. I have been transferred from project to project when I raised a question for my promotion. Even when I try to switch. Others hear about the 90 day notice period don't consider my profile to take forward. It feels like I am stuck. Need your support how to deal with this situation.

Those waiting for promotion please try switching otherwise you guys will post the same kind of stuff even after 10 years of experience with the same grade. Tcs is a sunken ship with crazy sailors who are surfing without compass 🧭.

I Am still in C1 with almost 7 YOE.. ( lateral, I joined TCS with 3.9 YEO). I am too waiting for the promotion window to open.. But bro in your case please try to switch, If you get promoted also you will see in hand salary hike of 5-6K per month. Start applying as servicing notice period, at least you will get the interview calls..
