Having 11 yoe in tcs with 16.84 lpa in kolkata, is it better to switch to Deloitte with 22 lpa fixed in Delhi? Need help

Never Join TCs in early your career reason 1. They don't give yearly hike and no WFH, No supportive HR stupid policies and it's a service based company..join only once you have good package and don't want to switch companies because once you join you can't leave and come back to TCS
