Haven't gotten my PPO yet
Hi! I’m currently an Intern at a startup and my internship ends on 23rd March i.e. Sunday so Friday will be my last working day since weekends off but I haven’t gotten any info about what’s gonna happen afterwards or any PPO or anything of sorts. Today is the last day I'll be in the office (we work hybrid, WFH on Th, Fr) What should I do in this case? Should I talk to the HR and how?
Yes, it is your career at stake. No hesitation. First ask your reporting manager, and then HR, or whatever relevant chain is there in this org
Yes, go ahead, talk to the HR and your manager(or your immediate senior).
Ask them for some written communication about PPO and continuation of internship.
I faced similar situation 4 years back, got the PPO 2-3days after internship ended. Had to push my manager a lot to get it done.
