Trending @Infosys; Haven’t got promotion/compansqtion letter

Hello i got promoted last month and in the mail they mentioned i will get letter on or before 15th june2024 but still no update and infosys HR is not reverting back as usual what should i do?

No need to worry about this. Sometimes because of bulk processing it got delays. And nevertheless you will receive the increased salary from the next quarter. We can you will get hike from 1st july
