My manager told me that she's taking leave for the whole of December on top of being absent for the whole of May this year and upcoming leave in August.
Me who has taken only three leaves due to an emergency cannot take leave in December for the purpose of attending my friends marriage.
Any advise 🥲

Why is it not possible to take leaves that are yours?
