For forex in hand can recommend them. For forex cards, do check with them clearly whether a card will work in a particular country or not. ATM transactions in Tanzania were declined by the provider because Tanzania is a scam hotbet apparently. Bookmyforex team issued a card knowing I was going to tanzania, and then could do nothing. Was stuck without a way to access money.
