have you heard of aws restart?

i am thinking of joining aws restart program from tech mahindra smart academy hyderabad. do anyone know about it ? and does anyone know about tech mahindra smart academy ? how's the instructor? how's the program ? and does it really give you hands on experience on aws and cloud which is needed for job market if one gives their 110% ?
