Have you figured out where to focus in your life.(atleast for next few years)

Health and Family (I'm 27). Unironically I'm writing this on a sutta break. But I need to start with my gym and prison workouts again since my muscles melted away in my last company's grind.

And make my mom dad happy by spending weekends with them instead of partying/trips/travel etc.
